Spike says:
The color is a little on the light side with a decent head. The first thing you'll notice is the distinctive cane sugar taste. Some people don't like that, I do. Moderately carbonated, fairly smooth. Tasty. It's hard to put my finger on what I don't like about this. I like the flavors, but perhaps they don't quite mesh. Maybe it's a little too sweet. These are not complaints...this root beer is quite good. I'm just listing reasons it is not a solid "A". From the ingredient list it looks like they put some effort into this and it shows. Sometimes I have one and think, "this is great", but mostly I think, "this is really good". I really agonized over the score, but in the end I decided it's not quite an A-. It is a very high B+.
